It does not guarantee your safety and is not a substitute for personal judgment or emergency services. Streetwise is currently operated as an independent project and not as a registered company.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Streetwise is a pedestrian navigation and informational application that provides:
The App is a decision-support informational tool based on aggregated, probabilistic, and third-party data.
The App does not guarantee safety, prevention of harm, or risk elimination.
Streetwise is not an emergency service provider.
In case of danger, you must contact official emergency services directly (112 in the European Union).
You acknowledge that the App is not a substitute for emergency services.

You assume full responsibility for your personal safety and for all decisions made while using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the App shall not exceed:

You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be notified through the App or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable EU law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding use of the App.
